Educational and TVI Services LLC (EDTVI) is an educational contracting company offering specialized services to school districts, teachers, and families pertaining to various areas of special education.   

EDTVI was created by Shanna McVey, who is a veteran teacher with over 17 years of experience in the education field and who has taught in many areas of education including visual impairment, special education- focusing on specific learning disabilities, autism, intellectual disabilities, and emotional disabilities, and elementary general education.

  Additionally, Shanna McVey has a certification and experience in school leadership.  Through these experiences she has created caseloads, assigned classes and teachers, created school-wide trainings and professional development, run monthly team meetings, run individual education meetings, trained teachers, and worked with teams for overall student success and positive outcomes. 

EDTVI’s goal and mission is to work collaboratively with teams to provide the highest quality services, education, and support to foster student growth and success.

• Teaching abacus
• Teaching low vision and braille technology
• Working with the Department of the Blind to help students receive services
• Train teams pertaining to student needs and visual impairments
• Writing various aspects of an individualized education plan
• Conducting assessments including functional vision and learning media assessments

Teaching students who receive special education in areas of specific learning disability, emotional disability, multiple disabilities, intellectual disability, and autism.
